The Fertile Ground
The "fertile ground" is a metaphor for a place outside of us where we will find the "heart" of Nature. The "fertile ground" is also a place inside of us where we will find the "heart" of God. The hearts of God and Nature are about "love" and what is good on this planet we call Earth. To love is to live and to live is the "path" of our mental and physical evolution. Life is about living and loving and this book, "The Fertile Ground," is today's food for thought. "The Fertile Ground" is an ebook by Dr. T. K. Stone.
It is a book about mind/body health. Purchase book for $4.95 at https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/68203
Our Universe is 13.7 billion years old.
The Sun is 4.6 billion years old.
The Earth is 4.5 billion years old.
Biological life on planet Earth is 3.5 billion years old.
Biological life is about the plants and animals living on Earth.
The fossil records of plants and animals indicate that biological life on Earth has a healthy evolutionary past.
All of life that has ever existed on planet Earth appears to have a genetic program for being healthy. Even today in the wild natural environments, plants and animals still exhibit their natural genetic, evolutionary and environmental heritage for being healthy.
One example of planetary evolutionary health can be seen in the teeth of animals. Go to any natural history museum and see the skulls of 65 million year old dinosaurs. Dinosaurs didn't get tooth decay or gum disease because they only ate Nature's foods.
Go today to the wild natural environments of our world and examine the herbivores and carnivores living wild there, they too do not get tooth decay and gum disease because they only eat Nature's foods.
Our planetary animal heritage, which is in the millions and millions of evolutionary years, didn't have tooth and gum problems.
Why then do we modern humans, which are part of this animal kingdom here on our planet, have so much tooth and gum problems?
Not only tooth and gum problems, we modern humans have many other mental and physical problems that do not exist among the rest of the wild animals of our planet. For example, you will never see a Thompson gazelle, a herbivore, fall dead from a heart attack while being chased by a predator lion, a carnivore.
This book titled "The Fertile Ground" may have the simple answers to understand how to create natural health for yourself. Creating mind/body health is a journey that starts from where you are today. It starts by adding small changes to your life, small changes that are new good and healthier habits, like including energy and nutrient rich foods to your diet. Life is about learning, like a baby taking small steps when she or he is learning to walk. Creating mind/body health is not difficult once you know that Nature, as well as the Creator of this natural world, are both on our side.
If the wild animals on the planet can be naturally healthy for all of evolutionary time, so can we. Just create health for ourself by understanding planetary life because no one else can do that for us.
